My Story
My name is Andrea Hominuk and my Scentsy journey started June 6,2014.
I was born and raised in Welland, Ontario and I am a proud daughter to my parents, who support me 100%, as well as a proud aunt to my beautiful niece Sophie and handsome nephew Nolan. I currently work in the financial industry as a Financial Services Representative for over 22 years.
I will admit I was not at all familiar with Scentsy, as I was an avid candle user. I decided to host my own party to see what the hype was. I admit in no time, I was hooked and fell in love with Scentsy. I couldn't wait to sign up and get started. The start up kit was the best investment I ever made. I will admit when I first signed up, I was scared, what if I don't succeed, what if I fail. Those fears were put to rest in no time.
I originally joined Scentsy for some extra income, and discounted product. I did not plan on building a team, how could I? I didn't know much about Scentsy. That all changed after one month, my first teammate came to me and asked me to join. I achieved director in September 2015 and our team name is Stars of Success!! I proved to myself that I can achieve what I want when I put my heart and soul into it.
Throughout this journey I have learned how much I love the product and what a wonderful company Scentsy is. I have made many life long friends that are spread across the world. My biggest accomplishment to date is earning my first incentive trip in 2014, an all expenses paid caribbean cruise on Royal Carribbean. Since then I have travelled to Las Vegas, Nashville, Cozumel, Boise Idaho, Kansas City and Anaheim California, Austin Texas!
As I look back on this journey, I am in awe at all I have accomplished. Hard work does pay off. I couldn't be more proud to be part of such a wonderful company. Scentsy truly does care about each of us. I look forward to what the future has for me and Scentsy!!
